Announcements: Subjects adapted to their own blur level, published in PLOS ONE

Title

Subjects adapted to their own blur level, published in PLOS ONE

Body

Subjects appear to be adapted to the level of their own blur. In particular we found an excellent correlation between the level of blur of someone's ocular optics (ocular strehl) and the blur level of an image judged as neutral by the subject, in a blur judgment two alternative forced choice experiment. The study has just been published in PLoS ONE November 2011 | Volume 6 | Issue 11 | e27031.
