Optical distortion correction in anterior segment OCT published in Optics Express

Quantitative full 3-D imaging of the anterior segment of the eye, by correction of optical distortion has just been published by Ortiz et al. in Optics Express. The methods are applied on two laboratory custom-developed OCT systems (time domain and spectral domain) and demonstrated on artificial eyes of known dimensions and in human eyes in vivo.
